The photo was taken under the Royal Festival Hall podium, which is a favourite spot for skateboarders and graffiti artists.
Access is relatively easy,(some of the kids turn up the ladders), but you see graffiti in extraordinary locations - as seen in the Caption of the Week, two weeks ago.
